I go through fits of drawing here and there.  Growing up, I just doodled with a pencil on homework and school papers.  It was a long, long time before I decided to try my hand at inks and colors.  Anything of quality I produced was with a standard number 2 pencil, and often on the back of a quiz.

When I try other mediums, the results can be pretty mixed.  I have better luck with chalks and pastels than I do with paints or watercolors.  Painters use the line as a backbone to build over and cover up, but for me the line is paramount.  It is the scaffolding as well as the finished construction.

Not too long ago, I finally saved up and got a nice, big Wacom tablet.  This thing is awesome!  I'm still learning the ropes, but I feel like its improved my work substantially.  With it I can finally bring my art and computer knowledge together.  It makes it easier to try new styles and techniques, and has enabled me to add alot more color to my work.  It also lets me bypass the pesky step between creating the art and then converting it to digital.

So here's a collection of my favorite stuff, both new and old, very roughly organized.

RODENTIArodentia

Ever since I got a few pet rats, rats have started to feature pretty
heavily in my work.  They're cute and fluffy and very friendly!

Sometimes I get involved with people that like to have a
caricature drawn of their animals.  Here's a few of my favorites.
